Lion Crossing

Parents' guide

What to know before your child plays

No data collection

No accounts, no personal information, progress stays on the device.

No chat or online play

Nobody can contact your child through the game.

No purchases

Everything can be played for free. There is nothing to buy by accident.

Child-friendly ads

Optional rewarded videos only, G-rated and not personalised.

What the game is

A cartoon arcade game: the lion hops over rivers on logs, bridges and stones, collects meat and hearts, and avoids crocodiles. Roaring makes friendly deer run away. Nothing scary or violent happens; if the lion falls in the water it simply loses a heart and tries again.

Ads, explained

When the lion runs out of hearts, the game may offer to watch a short video for one extra life. It is optional - tapping "No thanks" simply shows the try-again screen. Videos come from Google AdMob and are requested as child-directed and G-rated. The app does not read the advertising ID. If a video ever seems unsuitable, please tell us the app version and what you saw at senthiltechspot@gmail.com.

Grown-ups corner

In Settings there is a grown-ups area where a parent can reset all progress. Links that leave the game (like this website) are protected by a quick maths question so children do not tap them by accident.

Healthy play

  • Sessions are short: a level takes about a minute or two.
  • Sound and vibration can be switched off in Settings.
  • We suggest regular breaks and playing in a well-lit room.

Age guidance

Suitable for young children (about 4+) with a parent nearby; the controls are simple, and levels get harder gradually.
